HI,
- added notice boilerplate stuff.
- (c) notice in the documentation
- the docs are also under GPL, mainly for reasons of brevity (the GFDL is
longer than the README). Note that (some) GNU packages don't include (c)
notices at all in their README files.
- man page has a comment, but not a visible (c) notice in the manpage itself,
as is common with manpages.
- I've asked [EMAIL PROTECTED] about the year ranges ; for now I've left
them.
