This is a description of what I believe is a "Software Project"
The project is a scientific graphics program called Coot, licensed under the
GNU GPL. The main URL is here:
http://www.ysbl.york.ac.uk/~emsley/coot/
It is a Free Software project for protein model building using X-ray data.
The most recent source code is here:
http://www.ysbl.york.ac.uk/~emsley/software/pre-release/coot-0.2.1-pre-3.tar.gz
The dependencies are extensive, but are all LGPL or GPL (or are
image libraries).

The dependencies include readline, guile, glib, gtk, imlib,
gtkcanvas, guile-gtk, GSL, GLU and freeglut.
