Thanks for your comments and I am sorry for the
delay.
I have a question: Shouldn't I keep the original
copyright notices intact in the files which are
taken from the original Brill's Tagger?
Otherwise, I had updated copyright notices of
the remaining files.
In any case, it would be really helpful for me
if you could point out the specific location
where I have missed something.
