Unfortunately, I cannot approve your project at this time.
Please resubmit it while reading carefully links provided near the checklist
items "All my files include valid copyright notices", "All my files include a
license header". Also, note that the line "All rights reserved" is
inappropriate for permissive licensing--it means no one but the author can do
anything to the file.
There is a problem with using OpenSSL in GPL'd projects even as optional
dependency, for more details please see a similar case:
