http://gnu.org/help/evaluation.html. It's done separately from savannah.
>From your description, the overall purpose of the package looks very
interesting. However, as one of the evaluators, I can tell you that a
configure script would need to be written. Also, what is the potential
problem with svgalib licensing? I looked at the web site but did not see a
statement of the license and didn't have a chance to look at their actual
sources.
