Follow-up Comment #2, task #8925 (project administration):

I wanted setup.py and dictionary.sql to be distributable without any
conditions (either this, or public domain). I'm not exactly sure how a correct
notice should look in such cases. Is the following acceptable?


# Copyright (C) $YEAR $NAME
# This file is free software; $NAME 
# gives unlimited permission to anyone to copy and/or distribute it, 
# with or without modifications. The permission is granted without 
# any conditions.

I uploaded an edited version, if the files aren't OK let me know which
mistakes I need to fix and should avoid in the future. Thank you :)
