this is acceptable, though uncommon.
I recommend to put contact info into the your copyright line and the rest
into extra lines.

Usually, not every contributor gets copyright on all files and neither wants
to claim it. Instead, people who have done considerable work get listed
explicitly in the concerning file.
(In a different line)
The others are not mentioned in the context of copyright but instead in the
form of a thank you notice. So to be on the safe side, I advice to do
likewise.

But anyway, your project can be approved now.
