Follow-up Comment #1, task #9339 (project administration):
The project tarball does not include any sources files - only the intended
copyright notice (LGPLv3).
If possible, I wish to create the empty project and then add the source files
one by one as they get made.
The alternative is for me to create a "first version" of the library on my
computer without using CVS, having backup and all the other free features I
can utilize at savannah.
