There is a pending discussion on gnulib and auto* lists about copyright
notices for autogenerated files; it's not simple to conclude what is TRT.
(It's best to leave to Karl (Berry) the review & approval of GNU packages,
because they pass the GNU evaluation process first and approval of the
Savannah project is more or less a formality.)
