Follow-up Comment #2, task #10198 (project administration):
I've never heard of it before. I strongly think it would be best to make it
a nongnu package, unless it's going to have configure && make install
packaging and real releases, not just a web existence. It could still be on
www.gnu.org if you like, though I wouldn't put it under /software.
Also, it would be helpful to see the code.
Another option: put it into the "womb" project instead of making it separate.
Which ams already owns.
