Merely being on www.gnu.org proves nothing.
Matt, as I've said before, please get rms to send a dubbing message instead
of making end runs around the standard process. It's fine to leave it enabled
now since it's already been approved )although I have no idea what the project
is about), but better late than never for the dubbing message anyway.
