thank you for your work :-)
I added the copyright notice to the Makefile where I forgot it.
I am very sorry but I changed a lot more in the tarball. I added my
developement example and the surrounding developement environment directories.
I also changed all filenames and function names which had a german base to
english ones. No, not all of the comments are in english but I think the start
point is a lot better now.
