Follow-up Comment #1:
Hi Victor,
As a Savannah admin, I am reviewing your project; please excuse any mistakes
that I may make in the process. There are a couple of issues with your
submission:
* First and foremost, you specify "public domain" as the license for m.utils.
However it is not a license, but rather the lack of one
<http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html>. It is not clear how one can
place a work in the public domain and renounce all copyrights, and it probably
depends on the jurisdiction. We recommend one of the GNU licenses
<http://www.gnu.org/licenses/> instead.
* In the README you say that the license is "beerware". This is funny, but
not a license and can make matters difficult for users. Please state a valid
license.
* All files beyond 10 lines (approximately; it is not a hard limit) should
have a license header stating the copyright holder and the license.
Could you upload an updated tarball that solves these issues? Thanks!
