Everything seems fine.
* I believe we can live with a README file per directory, although it would
be best if all binary files were listed.
* However, the license for underscore.sty is undoubtedly not compatible with
the GPL. It remains to see if you are "linking" it or it is just mere
aggregation. I will ask: how are you using this file, but I will leave it to
others on the list to answer.
* Also, the README file does not contain the GPL header.
I am approving the submission so we can move along, but I am leaving this
task open so you can work on these issues and you can notify us when you are
ready. Welcome, and have fun!
