Hi Alex,
I made the requested changes.
The comment in src/ci_string.h is by the previous programmer, and I wasn't
sure what to do with it. For now, I just stuck the copyright notice there and
signified him as the author (which is probably not true).
Also, I'm not sure where to put the new tarball. I'm putting it under
"attachments" below.
