Follow-up Comment #12, task #11233 (project administration):
Allowing general post-commit scripts is a security problem, especially
something that complicated.
Instead of trying to hook into svn, I'd suggest running something from cron
that detects new versions and does the necessary work. Then it would be
entirely under your control, too, which is surely desirable.
