we'll need to remake the site and the package submission process since the
first was very dependent on php and the second on the sourceforge forum.
I'm working on it but it takes time and only when that's ready can we make the
move. Hope that's understable. I'm sorry that the process is taking so long
but we have deep roots there which are taking some time to cut.
