I would appreciate it if you would reconsider your rejection of my
application.

As I explained in my submission, ICD2 is not a hard requirement: Network
Manager is also supported, which is free software.  ICD2 is a system service
provided by Maemo, which provides a similar service to Network Manager.  I
don't think anyone has suggested that we kick coreutils out of GNU because it
runs on Solaris and uses Solaris' libc instead of glibc.  Similarly, Woodchuck
supports Maemo in addition to Debian GNU/Linux.
