I'm totally sorry, it was mistake that I rejected your project. Please submit
it again (it can't be recovered) and after little fixes it will be accepted.
You need to put copyright headers in *all* non-derived files with more than 10
lines like configure.ac or makefile.am. Otherwise your project looks fine.
