Usually the docs at https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/FrontPage contain
useful information about how to use the various services. Unfortunately a
while ago it was attacked by spammers and many information is gone. Since I
forgot how to upload files (it needs a few preparations), it's best to ask
this on the savannah-hackers-public mailing list.
