I created and edited all files needed to be OK with the GPL as you recomended
me with my project (attached again). Thanks a lot for your advices.
Included:
AUTHORS: All copyright info.
LICENSE: A top level GPLv2 copy
README: A short description of the project
README (in another folders): Copyright info for media files.
