That's already a step ahead but some of your source files are still missing
the copyright and license notices. To name a few:
* core/backups.php
* js/popup.js
* skin/simple/general.css
* ...
All these files still need to have the copyright and license notices added.
Please amend your files and upload a tarball with the updated files.
