Hi,
I'm not too familiar with the evaluation process for official GNU software.
Does it mean that you (Steve) endorse the project, that it is already accepted
as GNU software? If so, I will activate it.
However, the issue with the license text remains: Please include the copy of
the license before uploading anything to Savannah, Ushau.
As for the license exception you should state this in a README file. Before
activating the project, I can change the license to GPL v3+.
