But they didn't imply it's completely FSF work, did they?
Also, strictly speaking, some FSF work is released under the CC-BY-ND (of
course, they never release software this way).
At any rate, in order for a package to be registered on Savannah, all its
sources must include correct copyright and licensing notices; currently, some
of them don't.
