==== Description: ====
TCSV is a tiny CSV reader (at least at the beginning).
The source code is in C language (C89) and should compile with most C and C++
compilers.
It has been tested with GCC and G++.
The main goal was to make a very fast CSV reader in plain C, while I couldn't
find something similar.
Tiny CSV is very easy to use.
It only allocates memory once in a single contiguous area, so it is trivial
for the user to deallocate it.
This is Free Software, under the GPLv3 license.
