Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.
To ensures a level of quality for projects hosted at Savannah, we ask that you
do not submit a bare source code file:
"Source files include Makefiles, scripts, and ChangeLogs from your project,
not just bare source code."

Please add the supporting auxiliary files (e.g. Makefile, COPYING, etc).
and ensure they also carry a copyright statement and a license notice.
