Follow-up Comment #10, task #13673 (project administration):
I needed an assessment and explanation of what happens in situations where
adding a licence notice is not feasible. That is all. Fully appreciate there
is a hosting policies.
Speaking of those, is it possible for some project or someone to have a
mailing list here without hosting code here?
I'm uploading the latest code with the the licences notices added to the list
of files below, except those who don't support meta-inforation, in which case
I've listed them in the Readme as requested.
