rosecrypt.ico: OK, if the program can work without the file, and you're not
happy to add a short note somewhere suitable describing the source of the file
and its licence, do go ahead and remove it.
DCPrijndael.inc: OK, as the readme file describes its origin, that's OK, I
guess.
