Wellton: thanks for submitting.
List: I wasn't sure whether user groups were a good fit for Savannah, but I
can see from a search that there are a fair few already here, and "advancing
free software" is mentioned in the hosting requirements as a possible use, so
I think it's OK. Please could someone confirm?
Wellton: it would be good to flesh out more detail on your plans for the user
group and the Savannah project.
