Follow-up Comment #7, task #14130 (project administration):
Files that are part of the original sources being developed for the project
should all have notices. All the ones you say below seem like they fall into
that category.
It is only third-party files pulled in from other libraries and sources, that
are written/maintained by other people, where the rules can be relaxed.
