configure.ac still claims the GPLv2+. src/Makefile.am has an obviously invalid copyright notice: it is not copyrighted by the FSF; the licensing notice suggests that it applies to Makefile.in rather than Makefile.am. Also, it's recommended to use the canonical form of the license notice like suggested in http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html (that is, without "implygen" and with the URL instead of the postal address of the FSF). When these issues are fixed, you can submit a new request for a package with Unix name "lygen" instead of "lyg".
