Follow-up Comment #1:
scripts/gimp/python_fu_write_text_to_bmp.py lacks valid
copyright and licensing notice; and files like README.txt,
ChangeLog and images should also have such notices:

Also, the LICENSE file is misleading: it reproduces a part of COPYING, which
is the full GPLv2 text. I'd suggest removing LICENSE.
Could you fix that?
