Your license notice in README.txt suggests that your source is GPLv2-only;
this is not compatible with GPLv3+, which is Savannah requirement.
Then, there is no such license -- Creative Commons 2.0. Creative Commons
provide a wide range of licenses, some of them are free, some of them are not.
