Follow-up Comment #4, task #14503 (project administration):
Anaconda is only a dependency in our cross-platform build toolchain but can be
substituted by any other Python distribution. For example, on GNU/Linux we
use the Python distribution which is shipped in the mainline repositories.
Regarding wignerSymbols, pairinteraction only depends upon
src/wignerSymbols-cpp.cpp where the header states that the copy of LGPL
distributed with the file applies, which is LGPLv3 in LICENSE.txt.
Regarding PyQt5, I don't know. Is the issue that it cannot be distributed
under GPL later than v3? If that is the case, this is a show-stopper for us
and we have to withdraw our application.
