Yes, but probably you should add "specific licenses" to files like doc/generated/html/pictures/* (and possibly other files as well). rtai-lab/matlab/examples/test.mdl still has no notices. rtai-lab/matlab/ptinfo.tlc has a copyright notice, but have no license notices. rtai-lab/matrixx/sa_utils.c refers to http://www.ni.com/legal/license, and that URL provides a proprietary software license.
