All files should have valid copyright and license notices
<https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/ValidNotices/>; INSTALL.txt and
README.txt haven't.
When format doesn't allow comments (like images), the notices should be
written in the README file in the same directory.
Could you fix that?
