Follow-up Comment #1:
tests/v1_gcc_test-README lacks copyright and license notices;
README also lacks copyright notice and says that the work is
GPLv3-only, which would violate Savannah hosting requirements.
I'd strongly recommend using the standard license notice.
Then, you say this is an academic project. I assume that such
projects are copyrighted by the university, not by the authors.
How did you check that?
