It looks like you repeatedly miss some files.
Wouldn't you mind to train on your approved GNU package, gnuastro? In its git,
files like NEWS lack copyright and license notices.
Could you check all files (as in `find . -type f`), and make sure that all
copyrightable ones have notices?
