Hello, Ahmad, and thank you for submitting your group!
Unfortunately, it has a few issues.
* The name may confuse people into thinking that it's a part of the GNU
Project.
* The tarball is effectively empty. We have nothing to evaluate.
* Its type, GNU User Group, means that its facilities are limited, in
particular, it may use no version control systems like Git or Mercurial, just
web pages, download area and some trackers. Will it be sufficient for you?
