I don't think I understand the scenario. Could you please elaborate if you
really want an account shared by multiple people, and why?

There is [//www.gnu.org/licenses/bsd.html no such thing as 'the BSD license'];
that name may refer to various licenses, some of them are GPL-compatible, and
some are not.
We generally rely on group admins to avoid licensing issues; if you don't care
about them, we shan't be able to approve your package.
