#92: Asynchronous shout output

In some situations, like temporary network issue, shout sending operations
might be long to terminates.
When using multiple outputs, or jack, this will slow main thread and leads
to side effects on others streams.
I would be nice to have the possibility to send shout data in another
thread, in order to avoid these issues.
