Humm..
After some testing with jack I/O in the main thread, it really seems
important to have async shout output when using unthreaded jack.
If not, any latency from shout results in a fixed latency for liquidsoap,
since jack drives the thread "real time"...
Jack is on my TODO for the release, so async shout is :)
