Right, we can postpone a cleanup of id/name/interface at least after the beta
release. I'm fine with merging the branch as it is. It looks like it'd be easy
to add a ?(ns_kind="unknown") as a parameter of the base source classes instead
of having this mutable thing, but if the name (ns_kind) is going to change
anyway, it doesn't matter much.
BTW the ns_kind is actually used in telnet, when listing available namespaces,
their kind is displayed. It is used by liGuidsoap to know what is a playlist,
what is an output, etc.
