#193: pidfile when not daemonized..

 I don't know wether it could be usefull, but when running liquidsoap in a
 screen, in order to catch exceptions for instance, then you have to set
 daemon mode to false, which implies pidfile to false (hardcoded)..

 This breaks further logrotate and possibly other things. So perhaps it
 could be usefull to be able to have pid file regardless of the daemon
 mode..
