#193: pidfile when not daemonized..

 Problem is that logrotate uses the pid from pidfile to rotate logs.

 If you have a working setup and you want to run it into a screen, so you
 {{{set("init.daemonize",false)}}}, and {{{set("log.stdout",true)}}}, but
 let the file logs, which after all is good to read long logs.

 Hence, logrotate will rotate the logs, but not send the right signal to
 the liquidsoap running into the screen, so it does not reopen its log
 file, and logs into nothing...
