 Load gets high, but it looks like as the liquidsoap process generates that
 load.
 Load gets up to 20... and then things begin falling apart.
 I used the "top" command and it reports that liquidsoap uses 90% of the
 total memory when load is high.

 If I restart liquidsoap, everything is OK for somee time, load on machine
 is minimal (0.01 or something like that), it's a dedicated low traffic
 debian machine, running only basic services (apache, mysql) apart from
 icecast+liquidsoap.

 You mentioned logrotate... well I'm running VHCS on it and it has some
 logrotate functionality AFAIK.
