Cheers, Yea, just to confirm, this raw buffering makes a huge difference.
Given that at the moment we aren't doing much processing other than the
lag, it makes sense not to have to worry about having float buffers. Mem
usage is about 285Mb instead of 850Mb for the 5 streams with 2 min delay.
I assume raw buffing though might give undesired effects if you do a lot
of audio processing due to clipping.
