I have looked at the code for {{{ov_time_total}}} when preparing the new
ogg demuxer. It seems to compute the duration from the actual data, but in
an efficient manner.
The ticket can also remain open until we have something working for ogg
streams in general. For now, I think it only works with ogg/vorbis files.
