Thanks for the commit on threads shutdown !
I understand your idea, and I think I see how to implement it in duppy.
However, I don't know what to do with the recursive infinite tasks like
socket reading for the server.
If a task yields new tasks while asked to stop we could silently refuse
the task (humm), raise an error (hum) or asscept it (hum).
I'm stuck with these since I fail to find a common policy for all the
different tasks type..
