i've recompiled from the latest source. the test with forcifully shutdown
icecast is succeded. logs says:

everything seems work, but is it ok to see "Unix.Unix_error(59,
"shutdown", "")" in the second log?
concerning restart: i meaned the restart (or you may say reconnect) of
outputs. liquidsoap was unable to do it on icecast/shoutcast restarts or
on network timeouts.
to raise this kind of errors i was forcifully restarting ice/shout or
trying to brake connections between liquidsoap and shoutcast hosts.
